Designed according to the different characteristics of the materials e.g. processing temperature, glass transition temperature/softening point, viscosity, particle size/hundred grain weight, the number of holes, the pore size, the thermal compensation capacity, etc. 

Two heating methods: electric heating and heat medium heating.

Special alloy brazing process to avoid the alloy ring falling off and collapsing.

Durable and wear-resistant alloy material, screened many times, compatible with the blade material, produce perfect pellets.
