Water System
● A variety of water systems developed for different applications.
● Different forms of filters e.g. drawer, basket, external arc filter, rotary vibrating screen, reverse rotation filter, etc.. filtration accuracy up to 200 mesh.
● The process water: heated by high-power electric heating rods, or by using steam.
● Process water flow meter and pressure sensor to monitor flow and pressure respectively and give abnormal alarm or shutdown.
● The process water temperature and water pressure controlled accurately by sensor forms a closed-loop control with the cooling water butterfly valve.
