Diverter valve

The diverter valve is the demarcation point between the underwater pelletizing unit and the upstream equipment, which connects or cuts off the pelletizing process with the upstream process.

Two functional positions - working position & discharge position, for special materials, three or four positions. 

After the melt runner is specially polished, the surface roughness can reach Ra 0.2 or less, as much as possible to reduce melt retention.

Electrical control:

The cylinder installed with a travel switch, detects whether the cylinder is moving in place and gives a signal.

Melt temperature and pressure sensors installed at the front and back of the valve body detect the melting temperature and pressure and output signals.
